ERASMUS at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology WUT
Erasmus+ Programme is the European Community action programme in the field of education; it aims to promote lifelong learning, encourage access to education for everybody, and helps to acquire recognised qualifications and skills.
Erasmus+ Programme seeks to enhance the quality and reinforce the European dimension of higher education by encouraging transnational cooperation between universities, boosting European mobility and improving the transparency and full academic recognition of studies and qualifications throughout the Union.
A list of courses offered in English at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology embraces a great variety of subjects corresponding to the following Erasmus subject areas:
Electronics, automation and telecommunication (code 0714)
Information and communication technologies (code 061)
The courses offered in English constitute a complete programme of study in the broad area of Electrical and Computer Engineering embracing two specializations: 1- Computer Systems and Networks, 2- Telecommunications.
Most courses are delivered twice a year, either during the winter semester (which lasts from October to mid February) or the summer semester (which lasts from mid February till the end of June). Erasmus students can define their own curriculum selecting courses either from the core programme of Electrical and Computer Engineering or from the two specializations: Computer Systems and Networks or Telecommunications.
List of courses, taught in English, which are available in the current academic year (and probably will be available in the next academic year) is available on our website.
Taking of an individual project (e.g. thesis preparation) is possible if both the subject and the supervisor are agreed in advance, basing on existing scientific or didactical cooperation between both Faculties.
